La Fagotière is as all wineries from Châteauneuf-du-pape most well known for their reds, but they also do white. This is a very complex, thick but still crisp. Grass, pear, not any fat oils, no minerals. This white is a typical white Châteauneuf-du-pape, maybe a little bit too young still, but it should be young when you drink it. (++)
